Frank noboa

Frank was born in Ecuador. He immigrated to the United States with his parents and three siblings in 1984. After graduating from South Gate High School, he attended CSULA where Business Administration was his major. Frank has been active with church for the last 35 years, working in the youth ministry. He met his future wife, Angie, while he was coordinating the youth group. They have been married for 15 years and have two daughters, Silvia and Natalia. Frank has been working with Zion since 2018 bringing his 30+ year experience as an Accountant.
