  • Mrs. Justice - Kindergarten

"I had the opportunity to teach many grade levels as a substitute teacher for one year after graduating from California State University, Long Beach.  I received my Bachelors Degree and my CA Teaching Credentials in 2011.  When I started the Teaching program I knew I wanted to teach Kindergarten.  I was able to work with all different age groups as a Substitute Teacher  but there was always a special place in my heart for Kindergartners.  I have been so blessed to have watched the growth of my Kindergarten students here at Zion and will continue to do my best guiding them toward success."

I received my Bachelors Degree from Concordia University. I began teaching here at Zion in 1998 as one of the 3rd grade teachers. In 2001, I moved up into the Jr. High, where I have had the opportunity to see the students grow into young adults. As a student, I knew teaching was something that I would love to do because of incredible teachers that I had in school. I feel honored and blessed to be here at Zion for so many years."

"For I am not ashamed of the Gospel. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes--the Jew first and also the Gentile." - Romans 1:16

This is my confirmation verse and the philosophy of my teaching. My prayer is that my students will graduate from Zion with confidence in not only themselves but most importantly in their faith. Our students should be willing to try new things, make mistakes, laugh at themselves, and speak up for what they believe."
